This Privacy Policy explains how the Skivoly mobile application handles user data and protects user privacy during all usage processes. Skivoly is a local travel planning and expense ledger application that requires no user account registration, no login authentication, and no online data synchronization. All user operation data and personal content are processed and stored exclusively on the user’s personal device. This policy applies to all users of the Skivoly App, and we do not set any age restrictions for the use of our App. We prioritize user data security and privacy protection in all functional designs of the App.
Throughout all service processes of Skivoly, we do not collect, record, store, analyze, transmit, or share any user facial information in any form. The App has no built-in facial recognition, facial scanning, facial capturing, or facial data analysis functions. We will never actively obtain users’ facial images, facial feature data, facial identity information, or any biometric facial data from users’ device cameras, photo albums, or local files. No facial data will be cached, uploaded, backed up, or processed by the App in any scenario, and all user facial information on the user’s device is completely isolated from all operation and processing logic of the Skivoly App.
Skivoly adheres to the core principle of “local processing, local storage, zero cloud collection, zero data upload”. All operations including trip creation, itinerary editing, expense recording, photo attachment, budget comparison, and report export are completed entirely on the user’s mobile device. The App does not connect to any remote server for data transmission, does not automatically upload any user-generated content or device data, and does not synchronize user data to any cloud platform or third-party server. All user data is only saved locally on the user’s exclusive device, and users have full independent control over all their data.
In accordance with our core privacy protection rules, this overall data processing mechanism completely excludes any collection or processing of user facial information. Since all data operations of the App are limited to local device execution without any data collection or upload behavior, we have no way and no intention to obtain any user facial data. There is no program module in the App that can identify, capture, or store facial information, and user facial data will never be involved in any of our data processing links.
Skivoly provides all core functions for users without account registration, login verification, identity binding, or personal information input. Users can directly create travel plans, edit daily itineraries, record travel expenses, set travel budgets, generate AI travel plan drafts, and export data reports without submitting any personal identification information. The App does not bind any user identity information, and there is no user personal data association mechanism in the whole usage process.
Under the account-free usage mode, we do not collect any user biometric information including facial information. Without any user identity verification and data collection procedures, the App cannot trigger any behavior of obtaining user facial data. We do not use any facial recognition technology for user identity confirmation, do not collect facial images for account authentication, and do not reserve any interface or function for collecting user facial information. User facial data will never be associated with the user’s use of the Skivoly App in any way.
Users can independently create customized travel plans on Skivoly, including setting trip titles, destinations, start and end dates, travel budgets, settlement currencies, and memo notes, and can select local device photos as trip cover photos. The App also supports one-click generation of city travel plans through local AI models, covering multi-day travel arrangements, food recommendations, scenic spot guides, and accommodation suggestions, and provides built-in ready-made travel plans for multiple cities. All travel plan content, custom settings, AI-generated plan drafts, and cover photos are only stored locally on the user’s device.
When users delete any trip, travel plan item, cover photo, or plan memo, the corresponding data will be completely and permanently deleted from the user’s device without any residual cache or backup records. The App will not retain any deleted travel data in any form.
During the creation, editing, storage, and deletion of all travel plan data, we strictly do not collect any user facial information. All travel cover photos and attached pictures uploaded by users are only stored locally on the user’s device, and the App does not actively identify, extract, or analyze facial features in user’s local photos. Even if the user’s attached photos contain facial information, our App will not capture, record, process, or upload such facial data. No facial information will be collected or stored in any travel plan data file.
Skivoly supports users to view and edit travel details through Overview and Itinerary modules. Users can add, modify, and delete daily travel activities, and set activity time, location, title, detailed notes, estimated consumption costs, and activity types (including food, entertainment, accommodation, etc.). Each itinerary activity item allows users to attach up to nine local photos, and all attached photos are saved only on the user’s local device. When users delete a single photo or the entire itinerary activity item, the corresponding photo data and activity information will be completely removed from the device.
The Overview module automatically counts travel days, budget usage ratio, and the number of food, play and accommodation items based on local data, and displays user-set travel notes. All statistical data and display content are generated locally without any external data call or upload.
In the whole process of itinerary editing, photo attachment, data statistics and content display, we never collect any user facial information. The App’s photo attachment function only provides local file reading and local storage services, and has no facial recognition and data extraction capabilities. We do not scan user’s local photo albums for facial information, do not extract facial biometric data from itinerary attached photos, and do not store or upload any facial information that may exist in user’s photos. All facial data involved in user’s local files are completely independent of the App’s data system.
The Ledger module of Skivoly is used to record and count travel expenses. Users can classify expenses into food, transportation, accommodation, tickets, shopping and other categories, record specific consumption amounts and memo information, and attach local receipt photos for each expense record. The App locally calculates the total consumption amount, remaining budget amount, and over-budget status of the trip, and centrally counts all trip data, total budget, total consumption and remaining amount in the Ledger module. Users can view expense records sorted by date and consumption proportion of each category locally.
All expense records, receipt photos, budget data and statistical results are stored only on the user’s device. When users delete any expense record or the entire travel trip, the corresponding expense data, statistical records and receipt photos will be completely deleted from the device without any residual data.
In the process of expense recording, receipt attachment and data statistics, we fully guarantee that no user facial information will be collected. The receipt photo attachment function only realizes local picture storage and display, and the App will not identify, analyze or extract any facial information in receipt photos. We do not actively collect user facial data through the expense ledger function, nor will we associate any facial biometric information with user’s consumption records. All expense data processing links do not involve any collection and use of user facial information.
Skivoly supports users to export local travel data as text reports. The exported report includes trip title, destination, travel date, budget information, itinerary content and expense records. Users can share the report through the device’s system sharing function to other third-party applications. All report content is generated locally by the App, and the App will not automatically save, back up or upload the exported report content. The sharing behavior is completely controlled independently by the user, and we will not obtain any report data in the process.
In the data export and sharing function, we do not collect any user facial information. The exported text report only contains travel and expense text data, without any picture or facial data content. The App will not add any facial information tags or collect facial data during report generation and sharing. No user facial information will be involved, collected or transmitted in any data export and sharing scenario.
The App’s setting module provides user operation guides including trip creation, itinerary editing, expense recording, budget checking and report export, and displays links to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The App’s display language automatically matches the user’s device system language, supporting English, Japanese and Korean. All setting information and language adaptation data are only applied locally on the user’s device without any data upload or external synchronization.
In the system setting and interface adaptation process, we do not collect any user facial information. The language adaptation and function guide display functions are completely local system operations, without any data collection behavior. We do not obtain user facial data through system interface permissions, and no facial information collection and processing behavior will occur in any system setting link.
Skivoly adopts a complete local data erasure mechanism. All user-generated data including travel plans, itinerary items, expense records, memo notes, cover images, attached photos and receipt photos are stored only on the user’s personal device. Once the user deletes any single data item or the entire trip data, the App will completely erase the corresponding content from the device’s local storage, with no residual data, no hidden cache, and no background backup. Users have absolute and exclusive control over all their local data.
In the whole data storage and deletion mechanism, we have no opportunity and no behavior of collecting user facial information. All data erasure operations only target user travel and expense data, and do not involve any reading and collection of user facial data. Whether the data is stored normally or deleted permanently, our App will never collect, store or process any user facial information, and user facial data will always be completely protected in the user’s local device.
